MINI GUNS
Everyone should have one! Because of the WCT "Dream Tour" and all the large perfect waves the guys are competing in, we have put a great deal of focus on this area of board design this year. Designed to be used as your primary travel board or for the best days at home (Unless you live in Hawaii.) This board paddles strong and holds in at high speeds yet still turns wherever and whenever you need it. This years bottoms still have a fine single concave between the feet with flat forward, but now feature a single concave throughout the most of the tail as well, with just a hint of vee behind the back fin. This combined with a bit more tail rocker and "shortboard" rails has made our mini gun livelier and more performance based than in the past. Thin rails in the back half keep it holding in still. Combines speed and forgiveness and turning without too much lift in critical positions or loss of speed in between sections. A mini gun is 2-8" longer than your normal board and usually the same width and a bit thicker.
ROUND NOSE FISH
Before twin fin fish were cool (and probably after) there was the ...Lost RNF. Ridden to fame by Cory Lopez, Chris Ward and A.I. in the video 5'5" x 19 1/4" it has remained virtually unchanged since. Still the most popular selling Fish model of all time. Comes standard with F.C.S. solid glass twins and rear keel. Paddles and trims like a longboard, yet turns on a dime. (Ride 6 - 8" shorter than your normal board.) We have been making them wider in the last year capitalizing on surfers growing acceptance of wider and wider boards. The response has been great. "Forget the rest...Ours is still the best."
RNF-Q (Round Nose Fish Quad)
NEW for '06 Taking our Flagship fish and updating it to hold 4 fins was a breeze. We simply cut 1" off the tail (Increasing the width and making room for the fins) of the original RNF, re foiled the rail and stringer rockers accordingly and viola' . The RNF-Q! Rather than a thruster (which rides and drives so much differently than a twin) Quads are a great opportunity to get the same free and loose feel of a twin but have added holding power and drive, allowing for harder turns and a wider range of performance in more varied surf. Enjoy playing with a multitude of fin setups and positions for different feels in different conditions. A fun and functional update to the ...Lost Classic.
TATAKI
Initially an 80's retro design concept from a teamrider in Japan (Thus the name). "Tataki" came to life when ...lost shaper Jeff Widner painstakingly hand-shaped a master off of the Original exacting design specs sent to us. This little gem features a curvy outline and rail rocker, steep angular down rails, double fluted wings into a straight swallow tail and late 80's influenced retro bottom curves. Most striking feature is the 1/8th" concave deck which creates a very low center of gravity and allows for thin center thickness that paddles well and remains forgiving and flowing in junk surf.. This is a really fun racy board that can be tweaked a lot by changing fins around ...Grovels well with small templated thrusters as well as Large Twins with a small trailer fin. Can hold in and carve in big clean surf with a large set of thrusters. Should be ordered 1/8th (conservative) to 1/4" (aggressive) thinner and 2-3" shorter than your normal board.
THE SHARK
(A true hybrid) Designed specifically for average surfers in small surf (what we surf most) who don't want to ride a "fish". It excels in junk where most would normally ride a fish . Thus, the name "SHARK" We blended the deck, rails and outline (adding even more width to the nose) of the SPEED DEMON, the very low entry rocker of our old TRI FISH, and the loose turning tail rocker of the SD-II into a wide nosed, fast paddling, built in drive, easy turning Carnivore that can catch anything in its path. The SHARK tends to excel in flat faced crumbly surf and mushy point breaks. Not recommended so much for hollow beachbreaks. Ride 2-4" shorter than a typical short board and go have fun in waves you would usually leave for the groms.
Psycho WARD
4 FIN SHARK
Yes...everyone has felt the buzz going around with Quads, Its only natural when so many people are riding Twins they start looking for ways to make them hold in and turn with more power. We have been working with 2-3 specific models over the last summer and came up with this....The Quad Shark... Features a wider tail (to hold all the fins) and slightly narrower nose than the original, a very shallow front foot concave to double concave Vee in the rear third of the board. (Optional) double wings and a deep, wide, vee filled swallow make for quick direction changes with out sliding. Great small wave board for average ability surfers. Features the original SHARKS low entry rocker with flat deck and full steep rails for built in speed and stability. Works great in broken up surf and mushy walls. Paddles fast, makes you look good. . . (Ride 2-4" shorter than your normal board.)
SPEED DEMON
Best for solidly built, lead foot and rear footed surfers (down the line air guys dig them as well). Designed as an equalizer for intermediates looking to compete for waves with the hotshots, it has speed and float in everyday surf without giving up much maneuverability. Excels in mushy broken up or slopey drawn out surf. Features a flatter deck with overall low drivey rocker. Conservative shallow concaves neutralize the volume and create a smooth down the line ride with built in speed. (Ride1-2" shorter and a touch thinner (or not) than your normal board.) Comes in squash, or wide round tail. (Which tends to be more versatile as the surf gets ovERHEAD.
SD-II (Our Best Selling Model two years in a row)
It features a low entry rocker into a hyper extended rail rocker in the tail, full forgiving outline and rails, with a deep single to double concave bottom featuring vee behind the rear fin (keeps the drive). After 3 years of production The SD-II has evolved into an international favorite for the every day surfer and is one of the most popular surfboard models on the planet. Its a perfect blend of full and forgiving , yet high performance board for the every day surfer looking for slightly wider standard dims than the Pros potato chips with out sacrificing maneuverability. Dino and Kalohe Andino's favorite.AVAILABLE IN "XTR" EPOXY CONSTRUCTION (made in USA). AND S-CORE TECHNOLOGY.
WHIPLASH
WHIPLASH! The Pros custom order board of choice. The majority of our team has been using whiplash's for most of their surfing. This years version features our trend towards a deeper concave set further back into the tail. Built for precision, tight radius, high speed, spontaneous surfing. The mind set behind this board was "anything not needed, take out". Low volume (but boxy) rails, vee deck, elliptical outline (No hip or bump in the tail) with narrower nose and tailblock combined with an aggressive rail rocker in the tail make this the most sensitive and responsive board we offer. Not recommended for below average surfers, but for the guy who wants to elevate his performance to the highest level. Performs best in curvy waves of any size. The Round tail has been a growing favorite for the WQS and WCT surfers coming to us for boards.AVAILABLE IN XTR EPOXY CONSTRUCTION AND S-CORE TECHNOLOGY.

Psycho WARD
The CHRIS WARD PRO MODEL is a Hybrid of the WHIPLASH and SD-II. It was designed to handle Chris's power surfing in weak to average waves. It's basically a Whiplash with 1/2" cut off the nose and the tail and added width throughout. It takes the Whiplash's precision and quickness and makes it more responsive to power surfing in smaller surf (It doesn't get over powered by hard turns in weak waves). It still has the Whiplash's low volume (but boxy) rails for sensitivity - but slightly wider nose, tail and overall dims- and less rocker (because of the cut down nose and tail) for quick recovery from rail burying turns. Great for anyone who loves the performance of the Whiplash in good surf but wants something more for the junk (or simply wants the ultimate in small wave power and flow).AVAILABLE IN XTR EPOXY CONSTRUCTION.

lost-wct
Redesigned “proformance” shortboard for '06! Drawing on influence from many WCT surfers and the shapers who's boards they are riding, we created a board that can meet the demands of the very best, while still being user friendly to the masses. Obvious changes are the square rails in tail area, rounder rails forward and increased nose kick in forward 12". The WCT features a narrower "hip" area between the feet in the outline and a blended drawn out rocker with more tuck further back in the rails than our other shortboard models. It has the ability to hold in and turn critically in larger waves w/o riding a larger board. The concaves are more pronounced and drawn further back into the tail than in the past. All these features give the rider a board that has "no surprises" and feels fast and drivey in 3' slop yet holds in and performs in well overhead waves. Comes in squash and rounded pin tails. AVAILABLE IN XTR EPOXY CONSTRUCTION
